A Note on the Process

Some of these prompts may bring up strong emotions. That is not a sign that something is wrong — it is a sign that something is moving. Let it. Cry if you need to. Rest after if you need to. You do not need to resolve everything in a single session.

Healing is not the absence of pain. It is the growing capacity to hold your pain with compassion, and to know that you are more than it. Your writing is evidence that you are already doing that.
